Dear Kobe Class,
This is your teacher, 小思. Those 4 days were like going through a roller coaster. At the start, when we first started to teach, all of us teachers were having a nervous breakdown. When we have first met at an old place(老地方), every one of you is so excited to participate in every event that we prepared, being risk-takers to try new things and also being so courageous, answering all teacher's questions.
From the beginning, when all of you were so shy and won’t even talk to us after class to greeting me in the morning, telling me “good morning teacher!” With great excitement and also a day ready to learn.
Then on, on the highest peak of the roller coaster, when I see you all making progress day by day, listening to each of your little stories happening in your lives and also listening to all those suggestions that can make us teachers more strong and become more helpful to us further on in our journey.
But on the journey going back down, there were so many ups and downs, with happiness and joy but including tears at the same time. I still remember comforting some of the kids when you are down. Resolving conflicts when there is one. But at the end of the day, we are still a family and we always will have each other’s back.
When we reached the dock, looking at the memories that we’ve gone through, having so many flashbacks. Remembering all the fun times that we have. I would cherish them forever. When you guys grow up, becoming someone so strong in society, breaking through so many walls, I would look up and say, this is my student.
To Kobe class, may the odds be forever in your favour.

初识与离别
Hello科比班的孩子们!我是nini老师!虽然与你们相处的时间只有短暂的四天,但是你们给我留下了足够多的回忆。
初识第一天是辛苦且快乐的!
还记得与你们的初次见面,都是新鲜又可爱的面孔。刚开始在课堂上,你们好调皮,像毛毛虫一样扭来扭去,好像故意在和我唱反调,但当我们正式开始课堂内容时,你们又很积极快乐的参与。
离别最后一天总是不舍的!
可是这样的日子真的过得太快了,很快就到了最后的结营日。在课间,有很多可爱的同学跑来对我们说“老师,我会永远记住你们的!”“老师,我舍不得你们!”甚至还有同学因为分别而流眼泪,这些真的令我非常感动。在那一刻,我感觉这些天的努力与付出都是值得的,我也相信这些支教的日子会成为我一生中宝贵的经历。最后,看着结营演出上你们认真的表演和精彩的呈现,老师们也发自内心为你们感到骄傲,你们真的很棒!

种下一颗种子
我从未为人师表,而支教活动却需要我以一名教师的身份踏入教室。我的内心充满了忐忑与不安,陌生的同伴、陌生的教室、陌生的学生,我的内心充满了忐忑与不安,同时还担心会出现一些棘手的突发状况,我相信很多志愿者老师应该是和我有一样的心态。但是当我走上讲台的时候我内心却开始平静,因为那一双双清澈、明亮的眼睛,通过支教的课堂,我第一次了解到孩子的可爱与美好。
由于我是组里唯一的美术生,所以艺术课成功地被我收入囊中。在备课时,我的思绪飘回到了念小学的时候,那时的我就已经表现出对画画的浓厚兴趣了,但是班里的男生几乎都很反感美术课,主要原因大致就是不会画和不想画,所以经常拖欠作业,课上也是随意敷衍,甚至还要求我来帮他们完成老师布置的任务。考虑到这些问题,我不禁为我的课堂感到焦虑,如果学生们不配合我的活动任务怎么办呢?如果班上出现不喜欢美术课的学生怎么办呢?于是,我决定在我的课堂中尽可能多的融入相关趣味游戏,使课堂氛围活跃起来
第一节课美术课顺利且圆满地完成了,令我惊喜的是,所有的孩子都给予了美术课非常高的评价,很多孩子还希望我再多加两节美术课。其实在我看来,山区或者农村的孩子,都很少有机会接触艺术方面的知识。孩子眼中的美是纯净的,是独特的,但这些优势往往却被环境和条件而限制,他们因为美的稀缺而更渴望美,我自觉更应该竭尽所能带孩子们领略和欣赏这些艺术文化之美。
在后续的调研中,我发现根本没有孩子想从事艺术相关的职业,我对其中一个小女孩印象特别深刻。这个小女孩在课上不怎么说话,在熟悉之后才偶尔跟老师们聊天,但我却能明显感受到她的聪慧以及在艺术方面的天赋,无论是美术课作画的内容还是表演课上唱歌的音准都令人称赞。其实并不只有她一个人,我相信在不同的地方,那些山区,那些村落里,还有许多未被引领的孩子,他们可能只需要一句话,一句鼓励,一张图片,就会成就一个梦想,一张笑脸,一个成功的自己。
